Terms of Service

By inviting or using Fyrex™ in your Discord server, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, security, fairness, and protection for both server owners and the Fyrex™ development team.

Fyrex™ is a multipurpose and security-focused Discord bot created to assist with moderation, automation, server management, and protection. All features are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to maintain stable and reliable service, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Downtime may occur due to restarts, reboots, updates, maintenance, infrastructure changes, or unexpected technical issues. Fyrex™ is not responsible for service interruptions, feature delays, or data loss resulting from such events.

Server owners are responsible for configuring Fyrex™ correctly and assigning appropriate permissions based on their server needs.

Fyrex™ prioritizes user trust and server security.

• Fyrex™ staff, developers, or representatives will NEVER ask for administrator permissions in your Discord server.
• We will never request ownership transfer, elevated access, or sensitive server credentials.
• Any individual claiming to represent Fyrex™ and requesting administrator access should be considered unauthorized and potentially malicious.

Fyrex™ only requires permissions that are explicitly enabled by the server owner. The bot does not perform unauthorized administrative actions and does not access private messages or personal user data.

Fyrex™ is built with security-first architecture, including safeguards to prevent abuse, unauthorized actions, and misuse. However, server owners remain fully responsible for granting permissions and monitoring bot activity within their server.

Any attempt to exploit, bypass, reverse-engineer, manipulate, or abuse Fyrex™ systems—including Anti-Nuke, moderation, or automation features—may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or blocklisting without prior notice.

Fyrex™ and all associated systems, including but not limited to:

Unauthorized copying, skidding, replicating, or imitating Fyrex™ features or UI is strictly prohibited.

Fyrex™ reserves the right to blocklist servers, bots, or users that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in feature skidding or unauthorized copying
• Misuse or abuse Fyrex™ systems
• Spread false information or impersonate Fyrex™ staff

Blocklisting decisions are final and may be enforced across multiple platforms or partnered communities.
